Renovation of a residential building in Voula

Located in a privileged neighborhood of Voula, this project involves the renovation and completion of an existing 800 m² residential building. The design introduces a modern architectural identity through clean structural lines, generous terraces, and bold cantilevered elements. Large glazed openings and landscaped outdoor spaces maximize the relationship between interior living areas and the surrounding greenery. The building’s sculptural form and warm material palette create a distinctive yet harmonious presence within the urban environment. Currently under construction, the project embodies a contemporary vision of upscale living, balancing luxury, openness, and privacy.
