Elderly Care Facilities in Attica, Greece

The project involves the renovation and adaptation of a series of existing buildings across Attiki into elderly care facilities, totaling 16,000 m². Each intervention is designed to meet the specific functional, accessibility, and comfort needs of senior living, upgrading both the interior spaces and surrounding landscapes. The architectural approach focuses on reorganizing circulation, enhancing natural light, improving safety features, and creating welcoming communal areas. Depending on each location and phase, the projects are either completed, under construction, in the permit process, or at the proposal stage.
