Elderly Care Facility Construction in Agioi Anargyroi

This project involved the renovation and conversion of an old industrial building in Agioi Anargyroi into a fully functional elderly care facility, covering a total area of 1,800 m². The design reorganized the existing structure to accommodate residential units, communal areas, and therapeutic outdoor spaces, with a focus on accessibility, safety, and comfort. The architectural intervention enhanced the building’s functionality while preserving its structural integrity, introducing new material layers, natural lighting, and landscaped courtyards. The completed facility offers a contemporary environment tailored to the needs of elderly residents.
