Elderly Care Facility in Glyfada, Greece

This project involves the renovation and transformation of an existing office building into a modern elderly care facility in Glyfada, Athens. The architectural design reimagines both the interior and exterior to meet contemporary standards of care, with a focus on comfort, safety, and accessibility.

The 1,500 m² space is restructured to provide clear circulation, abundant natural light, and adaptable layouts suited to the needs of senior residents. Currently under construction, the project combines the reuse of an urban structure with the creation of a serene, supportive living environment.
