Elderly Care Facility in Pefki

This project involved the addition of a new 800 m² building to an existing elderly care facility in Pefki, Athens. The architectural design extends the operational capacity of the facility, introducing new residential units, common areas, and therapeutic spaces. The new structure is integrated seamlessly with the existing environment, ensuring continuity in circulation, functionality, and aesthetic language. Emphasis was placed on accessibility, natural light, and the creation of protected outdoor areas to enhance the daily experience of the residents. The project is completed, providing an upgraded living environment for senior care.
