This project concerns the architectural design of a contemporary private residence in Agios Dimitrios, Attiki. The concept balances clarity of form with urban integration, creating a home that responds to both functionality and aesthetic intent.

Clean volumes, simple lines, and carefully placed openings ensure natural light, privacy, and spatial efficiency within the 250 m² footprint. The building’s scale and proportions are tailored to the residential character of the neighborhood while reflecting a distinctly modern identity.
