In the picturesque village of Drepano, the project revives and expands a traditional stone building into a modern three-floor private residence. The design carefully preserves the historic stone façade, weaving it seamlessly with new, minimalist volumes and large openings that frame the surrounding landscape. Spanning a total of 250 m², the residence introduces contemporary living comforts while respecting the character and scale of the existing structure. Generous balconies, a sculpted garden, and natural stone pathways create a strong indoor-outdoor connection. Now under construction, the project reflects a sensitive architectural approach that balances tradition with understated modernity.
